Did you know that using your phone or computer could be causing damage to your skin?

It is a concern, given our growing dependence on these blue light emitting devices, for both creating and consuming media. We should know, I am using a computer to write this; you are reading this on some sort of device. The whole time our skin could be being damaged.

Fortunately, there are steps that can be taken to reduce the impact, and lessen the results of blue light exposure.
